2. Services Provided : Graphixfly offers graphic design services, including but not limited to: Logo Design | Brochures | Flyers | Web Banners | Cd Cover Design | EPK | Tshirt Designs | Creative Artwork | Poster design | Business cards
3. Client Responsibilities : Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the successful completion of the project. Failure to do so may result in delays.
4. Payment Terms : A deposit of [percentage]% is required before project initiation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery of the designs. Payments can be made via paypal.
5. Revisions : Clients are entitled to unlimited rounds of revisions within the scope of the project and after approval and final Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property Rights : Upon full payment, the client will own the final designs. Graphixfly retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, on social media, and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Confidentiality : Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability : Graphixfly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Amendments : Graphixfly reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
